All files posted for download on Amplifier are licensed from the NZ artists or their labels, so each purchase sees money going back to the musicians. As well as stocking New Zealand CDs from the major labels and distributors they also provide a sales outlet for those kiwi bands and performers who don't have the luxury of a recording or distribution deal.

CokeTunes is a Coca-Cola branded digital music service for the New Zealand market, offering an extensive catalogue of global and local content for customers to download in the NZ market. Consumers can purchase tracks and albums for downloading to their PC using their Telecom NZ mobile phone account as well as through the standard Web-based service with their credit card. Coca-Cola is supporting the development of New Zealand musicians by donating their proceeds from every track sold to the CokeTunes Music Fund that will make grants to young musicians on a quarterly basis.

Music downloads cost $1.79 and most albums at $17.99. Music videos are $3.59 each.
