Lyttelton Harbour Festival of Lights

The 2007 Lyttelton Harbour Festival of Lights kicks off this weekend, so wrap up warm and come see The L.E.D.s and Lindon Puffin play the Lyttelton festival of lights. a“light spectacular” in mid winter. The entire harbour is turned into a magical space.  A street festival in Lyttelton begins celebrations with a spectacular mask parade, music and dance, short films, exhibitions, an outdoor street market with winter warmers, quality art and craft and a brilliant firework display.

Events follow around the bays for the next 9 days. Jazz evenings, films, theatre, dance party at Godley Head plus more. There is something for every age group. Fri, June 22nd to Sun, July 1st.
