Introducing Second Gear Grind

Second Gear Grind is a fuzz rock band hailing from the gardenia city of Christchurch. Formed in 2005 with a resolution to smash the South Island heavy rock scene, the band has progressed with it's sound and is starting to make waves throughout the country.

Second Gear Grind offer an uncompromising abundance of severely down-tuned, smash-in-the-face riffs, contagious groove, and an assault of fuzz sending everyone it touches deep into the cosmos.

Hot on the heels of their first NZ tour and with their E.P "Fistful of Silver" soon to be released, Second Gear Grind are one of the most promising heavy bands to emerge from Christchurch for some time.
