Mint Chicks back in Christchurch

Yes it has been confirmed, everyones favourite, kiwi troublegum troublemakers, The Mint Chicks are coming back to Christchurch and back to Al's Bar on Thursday 4th March.

Aucklands high energy trio are on the road promoting their latest EP Bad Buzz, available online at musichype.com on USB stick. The band recently shunned major label, Warners, in favour of the Wellington based website.

The band said the move was aimed at cutting out the "slow-moving and increasingly irellevant" major label and the cut of profit they take. 

Support for the show is being decided via a competition where fans were invited to cover the bands most succesful track "Crazy? Yes! Dumb? No!" and have it ranked online. The winner will then open for them on each of their tour dates.
