The latest developments at Tandem Voice Booth...

First up we’ve launched a new product and website. www.studiostar.co.nz is for those kiwis who have talent and want to record their favourite song in a professional studio. The site has a list of 1000’s of songs. You choose a song, we then send out the lyrics and music and you come in to record: An hour later take home your very own Studio Star recording on CD!

Some work we have produced lately that we are very proud of is our production of the ‘Emma Tribute’ video. Emma Agnew a popular member of the Christchurch deaf community who was tragically murdered on November 15 2007. For the recent one year anniversary we were approached to produce a video that featured her family and friends signing their way through a song that was special to Emma. The song was generously given to us by Brooke Frasier with the result being beautiful, very emotional and quite unique. Our next ‘Voice Over School’ is scheduled for late January. So if singing is not your thing but you’d like to have a go a being a voice artist, follow the link to get dates and all the course details. There is no other course for speech and budding voice talent like this in New Zealand.

Who wants to record their band?
In January 2009 we are offering bands and artists a free hour of recording for every five hours they book. So if you or you know of anyone in a band, or who as an artist would like some top quality recording work done get them to contact our music manager Jonny Pipe. jonny@tandemvoicebooth.com
