The biennial Christchurch Arts Festival is the South Island's largest arts event. The 2007 Christchurch Arts Festival was a huge celebration of the arts that saw the city come alive for 18 days. There were over a quarter of a million attendances across the wide programme of performing and visual arts.

CHART Live Sessions

2009 sees CHART support CAF09 with CPIT via the CHART Live Sessions at 5.30pm in the TelstraClear Club which returns to the WinterGarden with local acts presented in the casual and relaxed atmosphere of the Pacific Crystal Palace. With a programme blending top contemporary music and funky cabaret, the fully licensed TelstraClear Club becomes the hub for all the best gigs in Christchurch this winter.
