JazzQuest 2009

Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th July 9:30am - 4:30pm

JazzQuest is a competition for secondary school jazz bands which aims to showcase the performance of school jazz bands and musicians. The competition was first held by CPIT Jazz School in 2006 to encourage jazz in schools.

The competition is run in conjunction with JAM – Jazz Mentoring – a programme open to schools in the greater Christchurch area in which Jazz School tutors work with school ensembles.
