Wilco will be coming back to New Zealand next year, playing in Auckland and Wellington next April.

The band will play at Auckland's Civic Theatre on April 27 and in Wellington on April 28 (venue TBC).

For those who missed their shows at the 2008 Blues Fest or their much praised Auckland and Wellington shows will need to get their skates on not to miss this one.

Tickets go on sale December 1.
