Intl Assistant Position Available

The NZ Music Commission has a position available for a International Assistant, reporting to the International Manager. This is an Auckland based full-time position, which involves assisting the International Manager in the administration of the Commission's Outward Sound and offshore programmes.

The job description includes processing Outward Sound contracts, accounts and payments; working with the International Manager on trade show projects & booking and organising logistics from NZ; and general office duties.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for general Outward Sound enquiries, so good communication skills and knowledge of the NZ music industry would be an advantage.

This job is for a person who is extremely organised, has excellent administration and time management skills, enjoys working in a small team and has a passion for New Zealand music. Basic Excel knowledge is essential.
