A.R.E.A 9 Music Festival will be held Waitangi weekend (6-8 Feb) 2009. It will feature some of New Zealand's top musicians and entertainment personalities, as well as featuring some of New Zealand's favourite extreme sports.

Creative New Zealand, in association with NZMC, is supporting a presence at the World Music Expo in Seville, Spain in 2008. New Zealand will have a trade fair booth which will promote New Zealand world music with an emphasis on Māori and Pasifika music...
