4YP - the Christchurch City Council Youth Entertainment Project was launched in 1995 the goal was to run 15 events each year. 4YP now presents over 75 events annually - Community Dances, weekly band performances, festivals and special events such as the Interschool Lip Sync Competition, All Night Party, Audio Overload and RAPID Storm.
